15ae26b8bc 取消变量 pow_2_16,pow_2_24，改为立即数 1<<16,1<<24 
取消预处理语句缓存，由用户自行管理
COM_QUERY,COM_PING,COM_STMT_PREPARE改为字符类型，避免使用时转换
