Fallback to _POSIX_PATH_MAX when MAXPATHLEN isn't available (#130)

Browse Source 
On systems where MAXPATHLEN isn't defined, like GNU/Hurd, use
_POSIX_PATH_MAX as the starting size for the getcwd() buffer.
